You can use the same process if you want to link the audio and video tracks together again. Then use Command+L (Mac) / Control+L (Windows) to Link them. Then select just the audio tracks - either lasso them or Shift+click them. To do this, select the clip and unlink it (see above). Or if your clip has multiple audio tracks you may want to keep them linked but the video unlinked. You can always Link the tracks back together.
